- meditation effects on health through psychologically, neurologically and cardiovascular. 


- meditation may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression and pain and enhance peace. 


- meditation lowers heart rate, oxygen consumption, breathing frequency, stress harmones, lactate levels and sympathetic nervous system activity along with a modest decline in BP.
