They reported that the World Health Organization is hiding the real fact about this infection and not shown real reports of the autopsied body. Italian Ministry of Health found the clots of blood in the veins of all dead bodies and patients infected by Covid-19. Doctors prescribed 75 + mg of coagulant medication and aspirin dose and treated nearly 14,000 people successfully from the hospital as Covid-19 free. Italy exposes these data in front of the Bill Gates foundation and requesting to take action against the WHO for misleading, misdirecting, and withholding the exact data, and supporting the US for their actions. Further, Doctors claim not to use ventilators and ICU as it is a simple bacterial infection and people dying due to antiviral therapy.

Actual fact
1) Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC) is found the reason for kidney damage and heart related problem in a few of the cases of Covid-19 patients. Each case is different. All deaths are not from DIC. So the claim is partly true.
2) Using antibiotics, blood thinners, anti-inflammatories cure the disease cannot be generalised as each case is different and treatment is given based upon the symptoms and the patient's condition, so the claim is not completely correct.
3) Using ventilators are wholly the decision of doctors, DIC patient may not need it, but patient with other pre-existing diseases or response of medicine in patients, DIC with other complication and such other reason may need ICU and ventilators, again its patient to patient variable and doctors are expert to take the decision. So the claim is not 100 % right.
4) At present there is no proper medicine available in the market claiming complete cure of the Covid-19. We have to wait for the Vaccine to get rid of this pandemic conditions. 
5) Finally, the Italian Government expressed "The virus Covid-19 is responsible for severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and some patients developed secondary infection due to bacterial manifestation but the primary causative agent is a Virus. 

Moral of story-

The same therapy is not valid to treat the patient with Covid-19. The proper diagnosis by CT Scan and other methods can save the life of patients instead of using any one guideline. Luckily, Indian doctors are great that they look for proper diagnosis and prognosis and save lives. Whatever may the culprit: virus or bacteria, saving the lives of the patients by correct diagnosis and therapy is the need of time. We don't debate for virus v/s bacteria, we want the solution for this pandemic. I salute the doctors and paramedical teams that worked day and night and brought a new revolution in line of treatment for the Covid-19.
